    Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order size. We occasionally offer free-shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked on our website.

  3. Delivery Timeframes
    Delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and carrier delays. Once your package leaves our facility, transit timing is in the hands of the carrier.
    Please note: weekends and holidays may extend shipping times.

  4. Order Tracking
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.

  5. Incorrect Shipping Information
    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Baby a GoGo is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
